Birth and postpartum are transformative times in a person’s life and every family deserves to have an abundance of care and support. As your postpartum doula, I am here to offer you compassion and encouragement, while creating an atmosphere that will help you and your new family flourish in the early days. I will be by your side to provide you with support that is customized to your needs. As you spend your days and nights taking care of your new baby, or babies, you deserve to have someone taking care of you. 

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Washington State. Back and forth from CA, my husband and I are happy to call the pnw our home. We have two beautiful little ones to share our lives with and one fluffy pup. 

I’ve been passionate about pregnancy, childbirth and everything surrounding it for as long as I can remember. After the birth of my daughter I knew that being a doula and supporting families in their stories was where I was meant to be. Through my experience as a doula I have found my biggest passion is supporting families postpartum. Whether it’s in the early days or throughout the first few months, I love being there to provide support, tips, meals, and a shoulder to lean on. 

Outside of birth and postpartum you can find me staying pretty busy with my 6 year old and 3 year old! I love to garden, like obsessively love it. I also love to cook, read and learn. But mostly I am at home spending time with my family.

POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES



All services described below are to give you a general idea of care. This will look different for every family. I believe in your intuition and I want to meet you where you are, in order to create visits that will be enriching and empowering for your experience.

DAY SUPPORT -  $50/HOUR

  • Meal prepping

  • Light house cleaning

  • Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding support

  • Newborn tips

  • Sibling support

  • Assisting you on your outings with baby

  • Caring for baby so that you can get some rest and self care

  • Birth processing

  • Baby wearing tips

  • Back to work prep

NIGHT SUPPORT - $60/HOUR

  • Same services as daytime care, provided
    they do not disturb your rest

  • Caring for baby to ensure that you can get some sleep

  • Bringing baby to you for nursing or bottle
    feeding while you sleep

  • Swaddling and soothing baby

BIRTH DOULA SERVICES

 

 

Due to having small children of my own at home I am not available for many births throughout the year but I keep these services listed in case we have a strong connection and you believe I could be a great addition to your birth team. 

FULL BIRTH PACKAGE - $1100

  • Free initial meeting to see how we fit together

  • 1 – 2 prenatal visits – We will discuss your hopes/plans for your birth, assistance with writing your birth plan, processing any feeling you may be having as well as going over any questions you may have, practice comfort measures and get familiar with things that you may be interested in during labor, or anything else that you feel would bring support while preparing for birth

  • Unlimited phone and text availability

  • On call two weeks prior and two weeks after your due date

  • Labor support – During your labor I will be on call and available to meet you at your request. I will stay with you continuously through labor and birth to provide you with physical and emotional support.

  • Immediate postpartum support – To ensure that you are comfortable and have everything you need to cuddle up and start bonding with your new baby. You did it!

  • 1 postpartum visit – Within a week or so (whenever you are ready) I will come and meet you to go over any questions or concerns you may have, give you newborn tips, breastfeeding support, help you process and revisit your birth experience, refer you to any necessary specialists in the area, etc.

BIRTH ONLY PACKAGE - $600

  • Labor support – During your labor I will be on call and available to meet you at your request. I will stay with you continuously through labor and birth to provide you with physical and emotional support.

  • Immediate postpartum support – To ensure that you are comfortable and have everything you need to cuddle up and start bonding with your new baby. You did it!

  • Digital post-birth check in to see how you are settling in and to see if I can be of further assistance. Postpartum visits can be arranged if needed, subject to availability.
